Treasure box

This piece gives you the opportunity to hang 3D or 2D. I have used two canvas and joined them together to make a treasure box, which celebrates the significance of the beautiful pink and white terraces, the Moa and Huia. Today’s eyes only get to see these in pictures or bird anatomy in a museum. This treasure box is hung from the top 2D or side 3D with muka from  my garden, on the under side there is a harakeke that joins the stripes of canvas, this is to represent the art and nature.
