A little history…
The Franklin Arts Festival Society was formed in 1989 as a non-profit organisation.
We celebrate and promote the artwork of established and emerging artists in the wider Franklin Local Board area of the Auckland Super City.
Young artists and schools are particularly encouraged to showcase their work alongside the general themed sections.
The Franklin Art Show is open to all New Zealand resident artists.
Last year over 500 artworks were exhibited, a diverse range of mediums including painting, sculpture, textile, photography, glass, and wood turning.
2024 Art Show will see all the sections displayed in Franklin:The Centre as the Pukekohe Town Hall is being refurbished.
Purchasing Artwork
All the themed section artwork is for sale.
Youth choose as to whether they make their work available for sale or not for sale.
Take this wonderful opportunity to begin your very own art collection, we are sure there will be a piece that will catch your eye!
