Cheryl Murney

Cheryl Murney has been painting since 2001, when she began four years of study at Aoraki Polytechnic (now Ara Institute of Canterbury). Born and raised in South Canterbury, Cheryl has always had a keen interest in art. Over the years she has developed a distinctive style, using colour, texture and simple forms to create quiet, contemporary works. Her paintings reflect a personal approach that has evolved through years of practice and experimentation.

Without their generous patronage the Art Show would not take place.
