This is a representation of the route that pollution is going to take if we continue to destroy the natural world. On the left I have chosen to depict Zealandia ( a Nature Reserve in Wellington) with a Pukeko swimming in a clean lake. Contrasting the colorful side, the right image portrays the industrialization of Aotearoa, painted in monochromatic hues of black and white, to convey the bleak future (or present?) for our native wildlife.
