Whimsical, colourful and fun, this artwork promises the essence of summer. Colourful fabric remnants have been woven together with free motion embroidery, asking you to step back and view Summer through the artists eyes.
This is the story of my journey as an artist. Using free motion embroidery and whimsical kiwiana motifs woven together with reclaimed rich textural fabrics, the journey is still continuing into landscapes and abstracts with a 3 dimensional depth.
