Adrift

Jessica Lace is a visual artist based in Auckland, working primarily with oils and acrylics. Her work often features birds, butterflies and the occasional car. At times she will use old magazines and books to create collages. She enjoys the delicate nature of birds and the symmetry in butterflies. Over the last couple of years she has painted a Trudy Dog as a part of a fundraiser for the Blind Foundation and also a Chorus power box in the suburb of Opaheke where she grew up. Jessica hope that her pieces can bring a sense of peace and joy into everyday spaces.
