Cool Mandala

Cool Mandala is the inspiration from my meditation practice. Mandala is a geometric configuration of symbols in various spiritual tradition. I used the repeated circular form as mandala and painted with cool colour scheme in acrylic colours to create soothing effect in painting which will give calm feeling to the viewer. I used green colours in centre then went on painting with different blue colours shades to show the spreading of energy. I created texture for the surface by using acrylic crystal mortar. Gold is the ultimate colour to enhance painting with outline.
