drizzle in paradise

Drizzle in Paradise is a small world of colour, curiosity and glorious disorder. Bright balloons gather above and below a familiar figure, while translucent layers wrap across its face like oversized sunglasses.

A deliberate drizzle of resin runs down the front of the glass, blurring the boundary between the sculpture and its display case. What appears contained refuses to stay neatly inside.

Playful, strange and unapologetically bright, the work imagines paradise not as something polished or perfect, but as a place where colour escapes, rules soften, and joy is allowed to make a mess.
