This piece is my design I created for a shadow lamp, its intricate details of Māori Kōwhaiwhai patterns are a representative of the rich history within the culture where each pattern portrays a different story. It holds significant meaning and depth which is what I wanted to capture in a design which can be simply set as a house decoration.
