Tom in the grass.

A beautiful yet small creature, living a new life in harmony with nature, the tomtit symbolizes my own journey. Like this little bird, I left my home in South Korea, spent many years living in Europe, and have now begun a new chapter in New Zealand. Surrounded by unfamiliar landscapes, I am learning to adapt, survive, and find peace in a new environment. While this journey brings its challenges, it also offers hope, resilience, and the opportunity to grow. The tomtit reminds me that even the small creatures can possess remarkable strength and courage, finding a place to belong and creating a home in a new world.
