This piece takes inspiration from Botticelli’s ‘Three Graces’. My folio board theme for this year is ‘Beauty and Corruption’ and revolves around the subject of Pretty Privilege. I wanted to represent women who would be considered conventionally attractive throughout the ages. In my painting, I depicted Margot Robbie, Cleopatra, and The Virgin Mary in a scene together. My aim for this paintng is to be thought-provoking, and to symbolise power and grace through these three icons.
