Upcycled Onion Fields

This platter had a previous life as a slumped sheet of Bullseye Glass and powder. It was The Onion Field – it had been returned to my care after the owner was no longer living. It has been up cycled/cut into 3 x 3 cm squares and refused with additions of coloured stringers. The German/Australian fused glass artist Klaus Moje is an inspiration to creating this work.
