Now in my late 60’s I have discovered “Slow Stitching” – the mindful simple hand stitching onto fabric to transform ideas into art pieces. Its very calming and tranquility reigns ! It embraces imperfections and transforms my scrap fabric into works of art for the admirer to enjoy. I love colour and the effect it has on its self or other colours. In the past I have been a maker of anything fabric on a sewing machine ! Small stitchery is a challenge ! Nature and people are my inspiration for creativity.
