Fay began painting over 20 years ago. She has exhibited her work in Tauranga and Auckland and has won many awards, including twice being a finalist in the Miles Art Award at the Tauranga Art Gallery. Fay enjoys painting a wide variety of subjects in either watercolours or oils and she is inspired by the beauty in nature. She has attended workshops with artists whose work she admires and was privileged to attend a workshop with the late Tim Wilson.
