Emily Crawford, born in Cambridge, creates art in Auckland working with a combination of spray paint and traditional oils.
The human form inspires me to communicate tension or thought through stance and atmosphere. I love that art is a universal language and like to think that people from all walks of life can be captivated by my art. I really enjoy developing muscle with an unconventional colour palate, adding to the contrast or mood of the piece.
