Fay began painting after attending an oil painting workshop in the 1990’s. Since then she has attended workshops with the late Tim Wilson and other talented artists whose work she admires. Fay enjoys painting a wide variety of subjects in either oils or watercolours and she gains inspiration from the beauty in nature for her paintings. Fay exhibits her work in Auckland and Tauranga and has twice been a finalist in the prestigious Miles Award at the Tauranga Art Gallery.
