‘Sweet Nothings’ is an acrylic painting on wood panel sourced from the artists home during a renovation. The moths are painted from photos taken at the Auckland Museum Entomology department.

“All in” represents playing poker with my friends. For me it is a good excuse to gather around the table with close friends and debrief while trying to outsmart each other. The 8 of hearts in the middle is to represent the friend group.
