Wisteria’s Dance - 2026

This is a wheel-thrown piece using coarse black stoneware. I wanted to generate a tension between the dark, textured stoneware and the delicate trailing, hand-painted wisteria. To create a sense of movement and drama, as if the blooms are caught in a quiet midnight breeze.
