This painting is about addiction in loved ones. I wanted to represent the guilt, culpability and self-isolation associated with this. Contrast is expressed both in the colour choices, and the variability between internal turmoil and the face we present to the world.
This painting is about the idea of different selves meeting. This could be future and past selves, or the different facets of a person required for various situations.
This figure study explores dreams, and the abundance of unseen shapes and patterns invisible to the unaltered mind.
